Ingredients
1 head organic lettuce
1 pinch unrefined sea salt, SI brand recommended
Directions
Wash each leaf of the lettuce carefully to remove all dirt and bugs. Cut lettuce into thin slices and place it in a pickle press or bowl. Mix a pinch of sea salt into the salad, apply pressure and let sit. If the finished salad is too salty, rinse it quickly under cold water. Squeeze out excess liquid.
